What were the key factors in your evaluation that led you to choose Inventx?
On the one hand, these were the already existing partnership with Inventx, the company’s close ties to the core banking system, and its strong affinity with the financial sector. In addition, a suitable product was already available at the time we identified our need. The subsequent introduction of Automation-as-a-Service allowed us to benefit from a further reduction in complexity. The prospect of synergies with other banks across the Inventx network also played an important role for us.

We focus in particular on the area of Operational Excellence. Existing automation solutions eliminate permanently repetitive and time-consuming tasks. At the same time, we can review and further develop new automation ideas together with Inventx’s skilled RPA team. If a suitable business case emerges, Inventx will take over the implementation as well as the transition into stable operations.
