André Näpflin becomes Head of Banking and a member of the Executive Board at Inventx

André Näpflin will assume responsibility for the Banking division as of 1 November 2026 and will become a member of the Executive Management. The handover of responsibilities will take place gradually from 1 October, in close coordination with all stakeholders. For Inventx customers, this means continued clear points of contact, continuity in projects and delivery, and a reliable continuation of the collaboration without interruption. 

Over the past two years, André Näpflin, as Cluster Lead Banking Transformation at Inventx, has already been responsible for key transformation topics in the banking environment, including those relating to finnova.neo. In his new role, he will drive this development forward and will also further develop topics such as hybrid cloud, AI and data platforms for banks in a targeted manner. He understands banks’ requirements both from the customer perspective and from working with a wide range of Inventx teams. He therefore combines customer understanding, subject-matter proximity and operational experience. 

Before joining Inventx, André Näpflin led IT business services and projects at Schwyz Cantonal Bank for more than twelve years. Prior to that, he worked as a business analyst at Migros Bank. His experience in leadership, banking processes and transformation forms the basis for identifying customer needs at an early stage and further developing the collaboration in a targeted way.
