At Inventx you help shape the digital transformation in the financial and insurance industry. At the intersection of IT and banking or insurance, you help ensure that our clients can rely on their modern platforms around the clock and are empowered to pursue digital innovation.

What scope do you have to shape things?

  • You lead demanding IT and transformation projects for Swiss banks from planning to successful completion.

  • You take on the technical and disciplinary leadership of a team of project managers and support their further development.

  • You actively work on projects yourself while keeping customer requirements, priorities, resources and budgets in mind.

  • You coordinate collaboration between clients, the business and IT and lead interdisciplinary teams to success.

  • You act as a sparring partner and trusted advisor to our clients at management level and maintain long-term client relationships.

  • You actively shape our project portfolio as well as methods and processes in project management.

  • You ensure that projects stay on course in terms of quality, time and cost.

  • You support projects around modern banking, cloud and platform solutions.

What do you bring?

  • A solid education or a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Banking/Finance or a comparable field
  • Several years' experience in leading complex IT or banking projects
  • Experience in leading employees or the motivation to take the next step towards leadership
  • Organizational skills and a passion for successfully bringing people, projects and customer requirements together
  • Experience in resource planning, budget responsibility and project management
  • High customer orientation and a confident demeanor towards different stakeholders
  • Interest in modern banking platforms, cloud technologies and digital solutions
  • Very good German and English skills and willingness to travel within Switzerland
