As an 11-member HR- & Organizational Development team, we are looking for a highly motivated HR Business Partner to, together with Shared Services, Recruitment and People Development, ensure advisory and support services for the areas of Banking, Insurance and Corporate Services. What scope do you have to shape things?

You act as a sparring partner on all HR-related and employment-law issues across the employee lifecycle, from talent development to employee retention.
You are responsible for the holistic development of people topics in the support area, identify areas for action early, and, together with line management, derive concrete measures to strengthen an engaged and high-performing corporate culture.
You take the opportunity to help shape HR strategy by driving HR topics forward in close collaboration with the HR team and line management. In doing so, you take on end-to-end responsibility for HR projects to further develop the support areas, from tools to processes, and/or participate in such projects.
You support leaders in implementing the organization's strategic direction, taking into account the relevant KPIs.
You support leaders and employees in change and transformation processes.

What do you bring?

Several years of experience in human resources as an HR business partner or as a manager
Degree in HRM, business administration or occupational psychology
Strong project management skills, experience handling HR data, and sound knowledge of Swiss labor law
A hands-on, strategically minded individual with strong customer orientation and analytical abilities, who acts in a solution-oriented manner, communicates clearly and collaborates effectively at all levels
Team player with a positive, open mindset, a solution-oriented and creative approach, and the ability to think outside the box
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
