At Inventx you design modern cloud solutions for clients in the banking and insurance sector. As part of our Professional Services team you develop and implement new cloud services, integrate innovative technologies into existing platforms and support our clients in transformation and migration initiatives. In doing so you create stable, secure and future-proof solutions with sustainable added value.
From the initial requirement through technical implementation to the handover to operations, you work closely with clients, architects and engineering teams.

What scope do you have to shape things?

Project implementation: As a Project Engineer you are responsible for planning, implementation and engineering of infrastructure and cloud solutions in our client projects.

Hybrid- & Public-Cloud Transformation: You accompany our clients on their journey to the hybrid and public cloud and design suitable solutions around Identity, Connectivity and Security.

Assume technical responsibility: You take on the technical lead role in your project, drive decisions forward and ensure that architecture, implementation and integration work together across all involved teams.

Interface between client, engineering and operations: You are the central point of contact for your technical area, from requirements engineering through advising the client to coordinating between client, project team, operations and architecture.

Designing Integration & Services: You develop and integrate modern cloud, platform and security services. In doing so, you connect existing infrastructures with new cloud solutions and support clients in the introduction of hybrid operating models.

Innovation & further development: You bring new ideas, evaluate new technologies and actively help shape our services and standards in the field of cloud and infrastructure.
What do you bring?
- Education: Completed higher education in computer science (HF, FH, university) or a comparable qualification and relevant professional experience.
- Cloud- & platform experience: Several years of experience in building, operating, or transforming modern cloud platforms as well as in hybrid infrastructure environments – with good knowledge of Microsoft Azure and initial experience with AWS
- Automation & IaC: You use Infrastructure as Code and automation (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, etc.) to develop reusable and scalable cloud solutions
- Solid infrastructure know-how: Very good knowledge of IAM services (e.g. Active Directory, Entra ID, PKI) as well as network and compute platforms
- Customer orientation & communication skills: You explain technical content clearly, advise customers, and communicate with different stakeholders on equal footing
- Language skills: Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
