At Inventx you help shape the digital transformation in the financial and insurance industry. At the interface between IT and banking/insurance you work with us to ensure our clients can rely on stable, high-performing and secure platforms around the clock.

As a Business Consultant Syrius, you advise and support our clients in digitizing and further developing their business processes. You understand domain-specific challenges, develop viable solution options from them and accompany their implementation in our clients' system landscapes.

In doing so, you operate at the interface between the business area and IT and design modern, integrated solutions in the ecosystem of the standard software adcubum SYRIUS and the connected peripheral systems.

What scope for decision-making do you have?

You analyze our customers' needs and transform complex requirements into clear structures and solutions.
You advise our customers on the further development of their business processes and design future-proof solution concepts.
You develop and evaluate innovative functional and technical solution approaches around adcubum SYRIUS and its peripheral systems.
You bring business units and IT together and, as a sparring partner, ensure sound decisions.
You facilitate workshops and decision-making meetings and guide our customers purposefully through demanding issues.
You support solutions from the idea through implementation to successful deployment.
You take responsibility and manage projects, subprojects, or work packages with impact and freedom to shape them.

What do you bring?

(University) degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
Experience in the health insurance sector and understanding of relevant business processes
Knowledge of adcubum SYRIUS or comparable core insurance systems is an advantage
Experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, and process design
Ability to present complex business and technical issues clearly
Project experience and enthusiasm for taking on responsibility
Strong consulting, communication, and facilitation skills
Confident demeanor in interactions with business units, IT, and stakeholders
Very good written and spoken German
