As a Business Analyst Fraud Detection, you are at the front of our service toward customers and prospects. You combine consulting, presales, and project management with a clear operational focus: you analyze fraud cases, evaluate data and react quickly when it matters. In our dynamic team you help shape the further development of our service from the very beginning and have room to independently get to grips with new topics.

What room for maneuver do you have?

Operational & analytical

  • You analyze real fraud cases, assess their impact and quickly coordinate the necessary measures with customers and the team.
  • You evaluate log data and create queries, reports and dashboards yourself, in operations as well as for new detection rules and features. 

Consulting & Customers 

  • You gather customer requirements, question them critically and work with our development team to devise viable solutions.
  • You create concepts and offers and also take the lead yourself in pre-sales.

Projects & Further Development 

  • You lead (sub-)projects from planning to implementation and manage priorities, deadlines and resources.
  • You monitor the market and competitors, identify gaps in our offering and bring forward concrete proposals for the further development of our service. 

What do you bring?

  • Completed higher education (university, university of applied sciences, higher vocational school), ideally in business informatics or a comparable field
  • Experience in fraud detection
  • Strong analytical skills and enjoyment of working with data, including query languages such as SQL or Splunk
  • Technical understanding to discuss requirements with our development team on an equal footing
  • A commitment to take responsibility, make an impact and actively help shape the future of our service
  • Very good communication and presentation skills in German as well as good English skills
  • Knowledge of Splunk, Python or machine learning in the context of fraud detection is an advantage
  • Also beneficial are domain knowledge in payments, IAM or e-banking as well as experience in consulting, pre-sales or project management within the banking sector
