Your focus is on accounting and regulatory reporting around Finnova and FiRE. You understand the relationships between requirements, data, processes and systems and operate confidently at the interfaces of Finnova, FiRE and their surrounding systems.

The credit business is also part of the scope of this role. Since credit data and metrics provide an important basis for regulatory reporting, you will gain exciting insights into this central area and can purposefully further develop your know-how in the Finnova credit environment.

What scope do you have to shape things?

You act as a sparring partner for our bank clients and connect business units, application management, and internal and external specialists.
You analyze requirements in accounting and regulatory reporting and develop sustainable solutions from them.
You work on data flows, interfaces, and functional dependencies between Finnova, FiRE, and other connected systems, bringing the necessary end-to-end understanding.
You plan and facilitate workshops, bringing together business and technical perspectives.
You develop concepts and specifications and accompany or lead projects and change requests through to successful implementation.
You monitor market and Finnova developments and derive added value for our customers from them.
You apply your expertise in the lending domain or purposefully expand it, for example around Finnova credit modules, FLA, and CreditMaster.

What do you bring?

Solid knowledge of Swiss banking as well as practical experience with Finnova
Knowledge in accounting and/or regulatory reporting, ideally with experience in FiRE or a comparable reporting solution
Understanding of processes, data, interfaces and regulatory requirements in the banking environment
Experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, application management or a comparable role, as well as the ability to translate complex interrelationships into pragmatic solutions
Independent, solution-oriented way of working and enjoyment in collaborating with clients, subject matter experts and various stakeholders
Strong communication and facilitation skills for workshops and projects
Know-how in lending or in the Finnova Credit environment is a plus, knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL is advantageous, as well as very good German skills (at least level B2)
