The mission of the team in our Digital Banking area is to equip banks with an advanced digital banking platform so that they can respond agilely to changing customer needs and market trends. The team works closely with our customers to meet their individual requirements.

What is your scope for shaping things?

You oversee, operate and support the further development of the banks' digital channels with a focus on the Finnova modules in the Digital Banking department as well as related ancillary systems in the areas of e-banking, mobile banking and business banking.
You coordinate all involved interfaces such as TWINT, eBill, bLink.
You independently plan and implement change requests and incidents.
You actively support release management (parameterization/testing/patch assessment).
You work closely with our customers and suppliers.
In addition, you are involved in exciting projects and participate in larger changes and take the lead.

What do you bring?

Solid Finnova knowledge as well as practical experience in application management and proven banking and/or IT know-how
Proven experience in digital banking and an understanding of digital banking processes as well as their technical implementation
Enthusiasm for coordination tasks and for working with different stakeholders
Structured, analytical working approach as well as a strong quality and service orientation
Ideally you have basic SQL knowledge and can follow or create simple data queries
Very good German skills (min. B2) / good English skills are an advantage
