What scope do you have to shape things?

You are jointly responsible for the operation and further development of the Finnova modules in the areas of account master data, safe deposit box, printing system and electronic archive.
You independently configure the relevant Finnova modules and implement your change requests and incidents in a timely manner.
You work on exciting projects - from adjusting parameters to onboarding new customers.
You support release management through timely configuration and comprehensive testing.
You contribute to clarifying the business requirements of our banking customers and prepare the associated effort estimates.
You work closely with our customers and suppliers and understand the high quality requirements of banks.
You proactively identify opportunities for automation and implement them directly.

What do you bring?

Proven banking know-how and/or completed training as a (business) computer scientist
Finnova experience, ideally SQL knowledge
Structured thinking and action are paramount
A flair for conceptual work as well as a high degree of quality awareness
Knowledge of requirements engineering is an advantage
Strong communicator & confident negotiator in German
